Room Types: View Rooms
Deluxe Rooms: Have two queen beds or two queen beds and one twin. Smoking & non-smoking rooms. Poolside rooms are the higher priced rooms in the rate range. Deluxe amenities include 27" CCTV, hair dryer, convenience size refrigerator, AC, iron/ironing board, clock radio & phone. Smoking & non-smoking rooms.

Superior Rooms: Deluxe amenities plus Superior amenities: 27 CCTV with extended HBO and in room coffee maker.
One King Bed: Spacious Rooms with One King Bed. Smoking & non-smoking rooms.
Two Queen Beds: 100% smoke-free spacious rooms. Adjoining rooms available.

Luxury Rooms: Oversized rooms with King Bed and a Jacuzzi Spa Tub and Fireplace. OR some have a King Bed with a Balcony (some balcony units also have a Fireplace).

Luxury Suites:
One Bedroom Suites
Living room w/Fireplace, Balcony and sleep sofa. Kitchenette area with microwave, sink and refrigerator (cooking utensils are not provided in unit). Spa Bathtub in unit. Separate bedroom with king bed and TV. Adjoining rooms available.
Two Bedroom Suites
Living room w/sleep sofa. Kitchenette area with microwave sink and refrigerator (cooking utensils are not provided in unit). Two separate bedrooms w/queen bed & TV in each.

Note: In addition to our Two bedroom suites, when you rent a One-Bedroom Suite with an adjoining unit with balcony you can create you own 2-bedroom suite with a Jacuzzi Spa Tub, Fireplace and Balcony.

Policies: All room rates include use of all resort amenities including hot tub, fitness room, sauna, outdoor pool (in season) etc. Rates are per night and based upon two per room. Rates are subject to current Maine State Rooms & Meals Tax.

Unit Requests: While we will make every effort to get you into the unit type you specify, specific unit numbers can be requested but can NOT be guaranteed. Sorry their can be no exceptions to this policy.

Reservation Information:

Check In time is 2 - 11pm.

Check Out time is 11am (except on packages as noted).

Office Hours: 8am - 11pm. You must notify us in advance if checking in after 11pm.

Deposit: Required as follows to confirm reservations:
     ~ One night stays - prepayment in full.
     ~ Two or more nights - 50% deposit is due.
     ~ Balance due upon arrival

Cancellations: All deposits are refundable, less a $20 bookkeeping fee, if we are notified at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days are non-refundable. Should you need to depart prior to your scheduled departure date, an early departure fee will be assessed.

Credit Cards: Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover. Credit card numbers given to confirm reservations will be processed the day the reservation is taken. Credit card imprints are required on arrival.

Additional Persons: Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. There is a $15 per person charge for 3rd and 4th persons in a Deluxe or Superior room. Maximum 5 persons per Deluxe and 4 per Superior Room. One and Two Bedroom rates are based upon 4 per unit.

Cribs: Cribs are available with advance notice for $10/night.

Packages: All packages quoted are ppdo (per person double occupancy) and are based upon standard or superior rooms. Packages not available on select dates and certain Holidays. Sorry, no package substitutions.

Minimum Stays and Holiday Restrictions: Surcharges and/or minimum stays will be applicable during holiday weekends and/or special events. Many weekends require 2 night minimums. Rates quoted on this web site are for advance reservations only.

PPV Movies: For a couple of years our cable provider allowed us to offer PPV movies. Unfortunately this is a service they have discontinued. Sorry, we no longer can offer PPV Movies.

Winter Note: Deluxe Rooms and Ogunquit Suites are closed until Mid-April. Rates quoted on this web site are for advance reservations only. Walk-in rates may be higher!
